- Meridian Crossing and Meridian Crossing II, Bear Neo-traditional development of 788 multi-use lots including single family residences, townhomes, and apartments. This reclamation project also includes day care, recreation areas, 11 miles of sidewalks, and seven interconnected stormwater ponds. Individual homes are being built to National Green Building Standards under the guidance of LandmarkJCM's accredited verifiers.
- Historic Village of Phillilps Mill, Newark Restoration of three 19th century mill structures and the addition of nine new townhomes on 5.6 acres for a total of 17 traditional and age-restricted units, while providing for the preservation of 2.7 acres of land to City Open Space/Open Floodway District.
- Village of Bayberry North, Boyd's Corner, Middletown Planning and design for the neo-traditional development of 757 multi-use lots, with 84 townhouses, 56 semi-detached and 617 single family lots. The Village of Bayberry is a planned mixed-use development.
