- Mill at White Clay in Newark The former NVF Newark Plant, a historic property and brownfield site, was redeveloped for a mixed use of retail, office and residential apartments.
- Historic Village of Phillip's Mill in Newark The project involved restoration and adpative reuse of three 19th century mill structures and the addition of nine new townhomes, while providing for the preservation of 2.7 acres of land to a City Open Space/Open Floodway District.
