- WSFS Bank at 500 Delaware Avenue Planning, survey and site design for development of a 370,000 sq. ft., 15-story high rise office building and attached 500-car parking garage in a highly developed, confined urban setting.
- Middletown Crossing Shopping Center Planning, survey and site design for development of 300,000 sq. ft. of retail space in a strip shopping center.
- Commons at Little Falls Planning, survey and site design for a mixed-use office and commercial campus with three offices, a daycare center and restaurant. A walking trail connects all buildings creating a true campus feel atmosphere.
- Historic Preservation and Adaptive Reuse of Farmer's Bank Building The former Farmers Bank at 102 E. Main Street in Newark is respresentative of many similar projects we have completed. This building, now home to Catherine Rooney's Irish Pub, also has ten apartemens on the upper two floors.
