- First NGBS "Emerald" certified home in Delaware and Mid-Atlantic The Wolfe Pointe home, located in Sussex County, scored "Emerald," the highest ranking given by the National Green Building Standard. It had an eye-popping HERS score of only 35!
- I-95 Delaware Welcome Center This LEED Silver project site, located in a median strip, now has stormwater management where previously there was none. Green technology BMPs include 12 bio-retention basins and five sub-surface filtration systems.
- Huber Crossing Shopping Center This U.S. 13 site, formerly a nursery and located wholly within a WRPA, contains multiple green technology BMPs. The stormwater management includes bio-swales, 15 bio-retention basins and three recharge areas. Two Rooftop Recharge facilities will infiltrate 6.75 million gallons of urban stormater runoff. The site will retain and infiltrate 100% on site.
