- Kent County Courthouse Expansion Located in the heart of the historic City of Dover's Capitol complex, this facility will serve as an expansion and modernization of the justice system for Central Delaware. We performed planning and site design services for this project which was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
- Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) Helicopter Hangar Expansion Planning and design were performed for expansion and renovation to the Delaware Army National Guard's Black Hawk helicopeter maintenance hangar.
- Emergency Operations Center/Transporation Management Center Planning and site design were provided for this two-phased project.
- Haslet Armory State Office Conversion Planning and site design were provided for this renovation of a State Armory to a modern office building with Green Technology BMP's.
