Assisted developer in achieving the goal of a unique, environmentally-sensitive development. The 867-acre,
undeveloped parcel of land that was historically farmed and logged, dating back to the 17th Century. With 4.2 miles
of water frontage and 225 acres of wetlands, this was a beautiful and challenging site.
State Route 1, Phase II - Scott Run to Smyrna and Puncheon Run
This project included wetlands creation, restoration, enhancement and preservation components. It remains the largest wetlands
mitigation project in the State of Delaware. Our scientists also performed wildlife surveys and habitat studies in addition to
wetland delineations, permitting, mitigation design, construction oversite and monitoring of 200 acres of wetlands.
