Educational Facilities
A leader in planning and design: K-12 through post secondary schools
Relevant experience: some of our more than 100 K-12 and higher school projects:
- Delaware School for the Deaf (Sterck) and Residence Hall Planning and design for the construction of a new 104,000 sq. ft. educational facility and an 18,000 sq. ft. residence hall adjacent to the original school.
- Bancroft Elementary School, Kennett Consolidated School District Planning and design, from preliminary site evaluations to final site selection, for the construction of a new 750 student school.
- St. Georges Technical High School Athletic Fields Athletic facilities site design, including synthetic turf footbal/soccer fields, baseball/softball/lacrosse fields, sidewalks, viewing area, and concession stand.
- Human Ecology Lab, Delaware State University Site design for a 10,000 sq. ft. addition included Green Technology BMP's to meet Tier 3 Stormwater Protection Overay Zone infiltration requirements.
